Priyank Mathur is the Founder and CEO of Mythos Labs, a social enterprise that uses AI and media to counter violent extremism, online misogyny, and mis/disinformation. Mr Mathur has led AI literacy training for P/CVE and CT practitioners in 13 countries across Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia. He is also the host of acclaimed documentaries and podcasts about violent extremism including the United Nations docuseries “Extreme Lives” and the podcast “Let’s Talk About ISIS.” Previously, Mr Mathur served as a Policy Analyst and Intelligence Officer in the Office of the Secretary at the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). At DHS, he co-authored the department’s inaugural CVE strategy and advised senior DHS leadership on emerging cyber threats. Mr Mathur also served as Global Consulting Director at Ogilvy and Mather and as a comedy writer at The Onion. He holds graduate degrees from MIT and Boston University.
