Communications and Public Affairs Lead
Jake serves as the Communications and Public Affairs Lead at the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT). In this role, Jake manages all communications and public affairs strategies for the organization in support of its mission to counter terrorism and violent extremism online.
Before joining GIFCT, Jake held multiple communications roles in the conservation and agriculture spaces, where his work contributed to various advocacy and policy campaigns. Jake loves the challenge of translating complex information for diverse audiences and has a deep passion for storytelling.
Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, cycling, and exploring everything the mountains have to offer.
Jake is a graduate of Allegheny College (BA) and the University of Denver (MPP).
